Peonies & Roses

"Peonies & Roses" is a beautiful original and is the newest piece of Victoria's Expressionist Floral collection. Using a neutral color scheme, Victoria creates a  beautifully expressive depiction of a floral bouquet. She also uses her scales technique in the vase for added structure to ground the more whimsical top portion of the bouquet. It is beautiful taking it all in from far back, but the well appointed texture and paint spreading truly make you want to look closer and get lost in the painting. This piece is classical but also pushes the boundaries with the use of line, and stark black and white. It would make a beautiful centerpiece for a dining room or living room.
 
Mixed Media on gallery wrapped canvas. This painting is a square at 48" wide, and 48" tall, and the canvas is deep gallery wrapped at 1.5" thick. This painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, it signed and varnished, with signatures and specs written on the back as well.
