VICTORIA BARNHILL

Victoria Barnhill is an American artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Through the study of many styles of painting, Victoria has found that expressionism and impressionism best captures her love of painting and joy of life. She firmly believes in following artistic “whims” to create something very personal, and at the same time create something others can relate to and enjoy. In her work you will find bright colors, interesting textures, and juxtaposing colors and shapes. By using acrylic paint, she is able to layer in dimension and interest. The process of sweeping a palette knife across thick paint has been her signature style to achieve the bold colors and expression that are found throughout her body of work. Victoria has an energetic personality that she hope will be conveyed through her artwork to ultimately bring joy and a breath of fresh air to the viewer.
